What is it for?

The Play audio action allows you to make the voice agent plays an audio file. It can be useful if you don’t want or can’t use the Say action.

How to use it?

The action is pretty simple to use. There are only 3 fields that you need to fill in:

• File index: to specify the audio file name
• Audio URL: to tell the voice agent where to request the audio file. The URL must be public so that the voice agent can have access to it.
• Transcript: just a text area so that you can type some text that will be used in the discussion transcript.
