Say action is the way for your bot to say something.

Basic functions

Depending on what needed to be said, say action can be filled with:

1. text :
   • uppercase in order to spell a word
   • lowercase in order to read
2. figures :
   • with spaces in order to read as you want: 06 68 42 36 94 (not 0668423694)

Variants: You can also add several text variants in case the caller can potentially go through the same Say Action more than once.

Change the callbot voice

In Settings tab, you can choose your voice provider in order to choose different voices and performances.

Depending on the provider you choose, you will be able to more or less customize the bot's speech tricks.

Say variable text

You can say variables coming from the context:

You can use variables to make your bot say the information it gathered previously in the discussion.

To do so, insert in any sentence the variable path in context wrapped into {brackets}

You can access items present in meta (headers, caller number...) by starting the path with meta.

Choose how to spell an entity

Sometimes, you'll need to spell characters 1by1 or 2by2, you need to say a date with or without the year, the day...

Advanced functions

Even when you've made all the effort of wording possible... it's possible that the bot still talks a bit too much like a robot (sounds logical, doesn't it?). So with a bit of patience, you have to select the text parts, the links, ... that you still have to refine.
