Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and requirements
- Design and develop scalable CRM software solutions using SaaS architecture principles
- Customize CRM software configurations to align with client specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients
- Provide technical demonstrations and training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of the CRM platform
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance CRM functionalities
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze user feedback for ongoing product improvement and development
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) or SaaS technologies
- Technical skills in programming, integrations, or data analytics (role-specific)
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Passion for delivering customer success and optimizing user experiences
Bonus Points
- Experience with API integrations and third-party software integrations
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Certification in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
