🚀 Mission


At calldesk, we are building a best-in-class artificial intelligence that is able to speak naturally in more than 30 different languages. This AI is integrated as voice agents in customer call centers in order to automate repetitive phone calls. Over the last years, we've also developed the studio, which is the tool used to quickly create the voice agents.

Our engineering team faces a lot of complex technical challenges: scalability to handle more and more phone calls using a serverless architecture, maintain very low latency, keep increasing the understanding rate of our voice agents, handle VoIP protocol...
