Set actions allow you to add context to the conversation in order to be able to reuse the information (context) later in the script.

The context variable that holds this information can be reused to guide the caller in the script, or to variabilize text, emails, SMS, API calls.

How to fill it out

• add a name in the "Context key" field
• Choose the "Type of value" that will affect the "Key value":
  • string: any characters, will be transmitted in full without any special treatment possible afterward
  • number
  • boolean: the value will then be "true" or "false".
  • object: an object including a list for example

In order to delete a context key, you must use an Update action.

In order to quickly create a context key: type "boolean", value "true", you can use the "Update actions".
