What is this Studio Action ?

This action allows you to send an email !

The email can be sent containing text with variables (context keys) and links.

The receivers (To, CC, CCi) can be fixed or variable (using context keys).

How to fill in fields

• From : you can choose the part before the @, but the end should end with "@bot-calldesk.fr"

• To : you can choose to send an email to one or more fixed addresses, or choose to use an email address registered in the context using the context key that contains it

• CC & CCi : same as "To"

• Object : you can type a static text, and use a context key too

• Message : you can type a static text, and use a context key too

  • emailSent, success
  • failure, can appear for 2 cases:
    • failure because of an error
    • timeout of 5 sec * 3

Not possible.. sorry but not sorry

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send an e-mail to an address that is requested orally from the user. This Action Studio allows it, but the difficulty is to correctly understand the oral email address (special characters, accuracy...). Stay connected... who knows what could happen?!
