What is this Studio Action ?

This action allows you to send an SMS to the caller. The SMS can be sent containing text, links. The sender name can be chosen by the customer (ex: La Poste), and the recipient's number can be fixed (always send to one person), or variable (send to a desired number). Then just add the text that will be sent in the SMS.

How to fill in the card?

• From: choose the sender name

• To: choose the phone number to which the message is to be sent *

• Message: type the text you want to send **

*From —>

The sender name can only contain xxx alpha-numeric characters and space (no special characters), or context Keys***

**To —> some constraints:

To send to the phone number retrieved upstream in a context key***, just put this context key name in the "To" field ex —> to send it to the phone number the caller is calling from: {meta.headers.callerNumber}

**Message —> Some constraints :

The number of characters per SMS is not limited (don't try to send a complete novel...) but the price varies according to the number of SMS sent: 1 SMS =< 160 characters, 2 SMS >= 320 characters ... --> ex : price of 190 characters = 2 SMS

Interface {ContextKeys}

Outputs:

• {SmsSent} : if the SMS is well sent, if the SMS is successfully sent
• {failure} : if the SMS was not sent (because the number was unknown or a landline phone)

Don't forget to delete these context keys with Set Actions "delete".
