As a calldesk partner, you can’t do the WhatsApp integration by yourself, since there is a strict business process to respect with Meta. But no worries, we will accompany you in the request so that your voice agent can be joined on WhatsApp.

Step 1 - Ask calldesk to request a WhatsApp integration for you

The first thing you need to do is to contact our support team and give them all the information they need to start the process with Meta.

Step 2 - Approval for Twilio

Twilio is our provider for WhatsApp numbers. We will request Twilio to set those numbers.

Your customer has to approve Twilio's request in Facebook Business Manager :

  1. The client, not the ISV, must access the Business Settings page on Facebook Business Manager.
  2. Click Requests.
  3. Click "Approve" on Twilio's request.

Step 3 - Authentification for your customer

Your customer has to submit Business Verification on Facebook Business Manager.

Step 4 - Administrative procedure on WhatsApp, Twilio & calldesk side
