Before getting started

  1. Make sure you have access to the Studio: an email has been sent to you to create a password
  2. Check that you have access to your Account, and the right to create a voice agent
  3. Ensure that the Roles you have been assigned are : Monitoring, Supervision & Build (with or without the ability "to deploy to prod")

Introduction

Voice agents types

There are basically 2 types of voice agent:

  1. IVR: whose mission is to identify the caller's call reason and transfer her to the right place
  2. Selfcare: whose goal is to perform a specific use case from A to Z

In this tutorial we will create an IVR voice agent.
