Before getting started

  1. Make sure you have access to the Studio: an email has been sent to you to create a password
  2. Check that you have access to your Account, and the right to create a voice agent
  3. Ensure that the Roles you have been assigned are: Monitoring, Supervision & Build (with or without the ability "to deploy to prod")
  4. It is highly recommended to go through the product tour and the onboarding where you create a very simple bot that allows you to familiarize yourself with the app and its core concepts

  2. Selfcare: whose goal is to perform a specific use case from A to Z
