The studio is a collaboration tool that lets you share access to voice agent projects between team members. We will see how you can add new team member to the project, and the roles that can be used.
Accounts & bots
First, you have to understand that there are 2 main concepts to organize voice agent projects:
- account: this represents the organization where voice agent will be related to
- bot: this is a voice agent conversation script (or a module)

User roles

There are 4 different roles in the studio:
- Monitoring: to give access to the Calls tab so that the user can listen to the phone calls and see the transcripts. Also give access to the Analytics tab. Useful for customer’s project managers that need to track bot performance on a regular basis.
- Supervision: give access to the script into a read-only mode, phone calls, intents, training, flash messages & calendars page, so that the user can train the voice agent and make it better. It is useful for users that don’t need to track bot’s performance in details but have to do some basic job on it on a daily basis.
- Build: give access to the whole sub pages of Calls & Builder. Very useful for users that need to build or maintain the voice agent.
- There is an additional right to enable the user to deploy on the production environment.
- Admin: give the right to add new users to the account.
